PrideInn Azure Hotel Nairobi Westlands

The location was very good, we were picked up from the hotel for all the tours. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Had an excellent experience with this hotel. My family and I had difficulty with our travel day due to rough road conditions and 2 young children. We reached out to the hotel letting them know when we’re about to arrive late in the evening just to see what food options would be available after a 7 1/2 hour travel day. The staff went above and beyond allowing us to message our orders to them. Once we arrived, many staff members came to help me and my children to our room and get us checked in expeditiously. Soon after arrival, our food arrived as well, allowing us to settle in and recover from our rough travel day. My husband is an elite ambassador member at several major US hotel that comes with perks and services including butlers at some locations, and I still have never received the level of excellence we received at PrideInn. Addition to the service, the food was also the best service food I’ve ever had -specifically the lamb. We will be returning.

All hotel staff were extraordinary the way how I was treated. It’s awesome. They do take care of the small details. They try their level best to make you stay a memorable one I would like to thank all of them and special thanks for Mars the receptionist and Ben, the food and beverage manager.

We arrived to PrideInn and were greeted by enthusiastic and kind staff that gave us a warm welcome. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have an ATM, which we were in need of. The lobby was clean and our room was very spacious and comfortable. We ordered room service that was prompt, delicious, and well-priced. Hot shower with great water pressure. We were offered a place to change in after our check out. Overall, a positive experience.

Everything was very clean. Staff was always ready to help. Good hotel for a short stay.
